Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all financial transactions made through www.ashwagurukul.in, the official website of Ashwa Gurukul, a non-profit organization.

1. Donations

All donations made to Ashwa Gurukul are considered final and non-refundable. These contributions are used to fund our charitable initiatives and community programs.

If you believe a donation was made in error or an unauthorized transaction occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will review the issue and process a refund if appropriate.

2. Event or Workshop Registrations

  • Full refund: Available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
  • Partial refund: May be available for cancellations within 7 days of the event or transfer to a future session.
  • No refund: Provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the event).

To cancel, please email us with your registration details and reason for the request.

3. Double Payments

If you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same cause or registration, we will issue a refund for the extra payment(s) upon verification.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment. Delays may occur due to your bank or payment processor’s policies.
