Core Programs & Initiatives

1. Ashwa Unilife Gurukul

A unique mentorship-based educational model that nurtures children across different age groups (8-11 years, 12-15 years, and 16+ years) through structured 6-month and 9-month programs. The Gurukul offers:

Integrated Learning: Combining academics, life skills, and emotional intelligence.

Sports & Martial Arts: Table Tennis, Chess, Carroms, and Kalaripayattu.

Holistic Development: Emphasizing well-being through meditation, yoga, and personal growth.

Community Engagement: Supporting underprivileged children through a sustainable donation and sponsorship model.

2. Project Arjun - Mental Health & Life Skills for the Underprivileged

This initiative reaches orphan homes, government schools, and old-age homes, providing life skills training, sports mentoring, and wellness support. Over 1,500 children have benefited through 100+ programs, receiving mentorship, education, and emotional support.

3. Sports for All - Building a Stronger Future

A movement to develop a sports culture at the community, school, and district levels.
The foundation:

Conducts sports coaching programs for children and youth.

Organizes tournaments, training camps, and sponsorships to nurture talent.

Provides equal opportunities for both privileged and underprivileged children.

4. Conscious Parenting & Youth Development

Recognizing the challenges of modern parenting, we offer programs like "Conscious Parenting: Navigating Gen Z & Alpha," helping parents understand emotional intelligence, social conditioning, and effective parenting strategies.

5. Leadership & Corporate Well-being Retreats ( to raise required funds through our professional services )

Our programs for corporates focus on stress management, leadership, and emotional resilience through immersive experiences in nature. Conducted in locations like Pench, the Himalayas, and international venues, these retreats blend mindfulness, team-building, and self-reflection.
